Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
After your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back. Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your location and order details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected].
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened or used items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging when contacting us at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your bank or credit provider—it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
